Right out of college, I received a position as an in-house designer for a marketing department in my hometown of Rochester. Something I knew wouldn’t be permanent, but as a recent grad I knew I needed to take what I could get. In the fall of 2007, I began to freelance part-time to fulfill my need to create work that was meaningful to me and those I created it for. A little over a year later, I had built up a decent list of clients and was faced with the decision to pursue it full-time. Wanting to continue on the path that I had paved for myself was one of the best decisions I have made to date. It helped me find my way to working on some great projects with even better people, including my current position at OtherWisz Creative. Over the last eight years as a designer, I have learned and still I am learning a great deal about this business and the skills needed for it. I can confidently say that I specialize in Web Design and Development, UX/UI, Branding and Identity, Print, Apparel, Typography, and Art Direction.
I enjoy skateboarding, snowboarding, spending time with my wife and son, along with friends and family, listening to great music, exploring craft beers, good wines, meeting new people and living in Buffalo.
